Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

North Star Manor in Warren, MN is hiring compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team. CNAs play a vital role in providing hands-on care and supporting the dignity, comfort, and well-being of our residents in a skilled nursing setting.

Positions Available

• Full-Time or Part-Time
  Day, Evening, or Overnight Shifts
  (Rotating schedule includes every other weekend and holiday)

• Pay range: $22.60 – $27.50 per hour depending on experience
  Shift Differentials: Additional pay for evenings and overnights
  Shift pick-up bonuses available

What You’ll Do

• Work collaboratively as part of a care team to support residents
• Assist residents with activities of daily living while promoting independence
• Follow care plans and report observations to nursing staff
• Provide compassionate, respectful care that builds trust and comfort
• Maintain a clean and safe environment using infection control practices
• Support daily routines such as:
  • Meal service and feeding assistance
  • Answering call lights
  • Transporting residents within the facility
  • Assisting with admissions and orientation
  • Ensuring resident clothing is clean and labeled

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• CPR certification required (or ability to obtain within 180 days of hire)
